LifeMask ™ Warranty

LifeMask LLC. provides a ten (10) year warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. LifeMask provides a 3 year warranty on the product usage from the date of manufacturing. This warranty will provide for a replacement of the mask should any materials or workmanship be proven defective.
Our Purchase warranty is as follows:
• All returned products must be accompanied by a RGA # (Returned Goods Authorization) issued by LifeMask. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• All defective products must be returned to LifeMask within 30 days of purchasers claim.
• Our Warranty on replacement is limited to the remaining term from the original purchase.
• Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods involved in the claim of defective material or workmanship.
• There are no implied warranties, whether of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise consequential and indirect.
• This warranty does not extend to assemblies subject to misuse, accident, improper application, storage, modification or repair.
